• Welcome to Dean Lane Breakers LTD ("we," "us," or "our"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our car breaking, dismantling, and salvage services, whether you are a buyer, seller, or visitor to our site or premises.
• By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our services.

(1) Services Provided

Dean Lane Breakers LTD provides the following services: Purchase and dismantling of end-of-life or damaged vehicles Sale of used and salvaged vehicle parts Vehicle scrapping and recycling On-site and online vehicle part inventory Collection and disposal of scrap vehicles (subject to availability and fees)

(2) Vehicle Sellers

2.1 Proof of Ownership Sellers must provide valid proof of vehicle ownership and personal identification. We reserve the right to reject any vehicle without proper documentation. 2.2 Vehicle Condition Sellers must disclose all known details about the condition of the vehicle. We may inspect vehicles prior to purchase. Any misrepresentation may lead to withdrawal or revision of the offer. 2.3 DVLA Notification (UK) Sellers are responsible for notifying the DVLA of the sale or transfer. We may assist but are not liable for penalties or delays caused by failure to notify.

(3)Vehicle Parts Sales

3.1 Used Parts All parts are sold as seen unless otherwise stated in writing. It is the buyer’s responsibility to confirm compatibility before purchase. 3.2 Warranties Where applicable, certain parts may include a limited warranty (e.g., a 30-day start-up guarantee). Warranty terms will be provided in writing at the time of sale. Any warranty is void if the part is tampered with, altered, or misused. 3.3 Returns & Refunds Parts may be returned within 14 days of purchase with the original receipt, provided they are in the same condition as when sold. A 15% restocking fee may apply. Electrical items are non-refundable unless found to be faulty upon return.

(4) Vehicle Collection

Dean Lane Breakers LTD offers vehicle pickup services under the following conditions:

• The vehicle must be safely accessible at the collection location.
• Additional fees may apply for vehicles that are not rolling, are incomplete, or require special equipment.
• We reserve the right to refuse collection if the vehicle poses a safety risk or violates legal requirements.

(5) Environmental & Legal Compliance

Dean Lane Breakers LTD is fully licensed by the relevant environmental and waste regulatory bodies. All vehicle depollution and dismantling are carried out in compliance with the End-of-Life Vehicle (ELV) Directive and local environmental laws.

(6) Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dean Lane Breakers LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or purchase of any part, vehicle, or service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the goods or services in question.

(7) Indemnity

(8) Health & Safety

All visitors to our premises must adhere to posted safety notices and follow staff instructions. Access to dismantling areas or restricted zones is prohibited without supervision. Dean Lane Breakers LTD accepts no responsibility for accidents resulting from non-compliance with safety rules.

(9) Privacy & Data

We collect and process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with regulatory authorities where required by law.

(10) Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our premises and website. Continued use of our services after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

(11) Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
